Official Yooka-Laylee Comic

Golden Bell's The Sunday Comics was happy to announce that they're doing an official Yooka-Laylee comic. The company has talked with Playtonic Games on the idea since July 2015. After some talk between Playtonic's Gavin Price and Andy Robinson with Golden Bell, they came to an agreement on some strips and one offs with an overall direction, Golden Bell started creating the content. They already have the first 18 comics underway and they'll be released in The Sunday Comics.

The comics will be written by Marc Goldner, Rob Gross & Rachel Korsen, with the art done by Rachel Korsen. You can currently get your comic subscriptions at the active Kickstarter for The Sunday Comics. The company has also been thinking about doing a special Yooka-Laylee reward tier for fans who want exclusive First Look Access to all the Yooka-Laylee work they're doing.

Skylanders Toys R Us Collector Packs

At Toys R Us stores worldwide, there are blue collector packs for fans of the hit-video game, Skylanders. These packs serve as blind bags, meaning you can't see what is inside these packs unless you buy and open them. Inside each of these collector packs is an original Skylanders micro comic, a sticker, a Battlecast card (two out of four that you get if you purchase the Starter Pack of Skylanders: SuperChargers), and a small poster of a SuperCharger.
